Problème de rédémarrage !

Bonjour,

dans mon précédent poste, mon système était instable, avec des freezes après 5min ou 2h après le démarrage de Seven. J'ai aussi le même problème avec XP. J'ai alors pensé à un problème matériel.

J'ai donc posté un message sur ce forum dans "Matériel informatique - Composants internes & périphériques".

Tous les tests réalisés se sont terminé sans erreurs détectés. Aujourd'hui, on pense à un problème du système windows 7.

J'aimerai donc détecté le problème.

Quels sont les possibilités que j'ai pour résoudre le problème en-dehors d'une réinstallation de mon système ?

D'emblée et à la première lecture je pense à une barrette de RAM (je pense pas les deux)

Pour tester sans passer des heures avec MEMTEST :

Eteignez votre pc (alim comprise)

Attendez quinze secondes

touchez la tour

Sortez une barrette

Retestez

Si ça persiste :

Même procédure avec la seconde barrette

J'ai déjà réalisé cette manipulation... le problème persiste avec les 2 barrettes, ou avec une seule.... Lorsque je lance Memtest avec une seule barrette, il ne me détecte aucunes erreurs.

Ce qui se passe quelle que soit le nombre de barrette : par exemple, Opéra passe de l'état "Pas de réponse" à l'état "En cours d'utilisation". Ma fenètre Opéra saute à chaque passage d'un état à l'autre. Quand j'ouvre le gestionnaire de tâche, je remarque alors que 2 processus consomment beaucoup de mémoire : svchost.exe et le processus anti-malware de windows.

Actuellement, je suis passé sous un linux en DD externe, pour tester la stabilité... pour l'instant, je n'ai pas de problème d'instabilité comme sous windows.

Je viens juste d'avoir une erreur sous linux : Jockey s'est arrêté subitement. Voici le journal de l'erreur : PID : 2323 Signal : 11 (Segmentation fault)

Voilà, ce que j'ai sous linux comme erreur. Je vais tester l'utilisation de l'UC et de ma mémoire pour voir comment se comporte linux.

Bon, après test de stabilité en ouvrant plein de fenêtre, pas de redémarrage. En utilisant la surveillance du système, je constate que :

Avec uniquement Conqueror et le programme de surveillance ouvert, la charge CPU 0 & CPU 1Total Load me semble normal; l'utilisation de la mémoire RAM est normal.

Bon, j'ai remarqué que l'un de mes processus svchost.exe (PID 1980) prenait beaucoup de mémoire. En regardant les services associés, et en les désactivant un à un, j'ai remarqué que Sysmain.dll était responsable de cette utilisation abusive.

J'ai un autre svchost.exe (PID 1292) qui me prends aussi pas mal de mémoire qui est dû à Windows Update.

J'ai arrêté ces 2 systèmes et mon windows est un peu plus stable... mais continue à avoir les bugs de types "pas de réponse" / "en cours d'utilisation"

Normalement, j'ai une alimentation potable : c'est un Mad-X 550 Watt (230 V / 50 Hz).

Il fonctionnait super bien sous XP, aucun problème avant que je tente une prmière installation de Seven qui avait échoué. J'avais alors réinstallé XP, et là les problèmes ont commencer... des problèmes de freezes intempestifs, et des redémarrages consécutif (surtout quand l'ordi était froid, le matin).

J'ai alors tenté une nouvelle installation de Seven, et là les problèmes rencontrés sous XP ont été minimisé... mais continu tout de même.

Actuellement, toutes les options de Seven ont été désactivé... ce qui a rendu mon système plutôt stable... Opéra ne passe plus de l'état "pas de réponse" à l'état "en cours d'utilisation" et vice-versa... cependant, il y a toujours une utilisation abusive de mon UC par les processus svchost.exe

Comment puis-je tester mon alimentation pour savoir si tout vas bien ?

Je ne serais pas aussi catégorique... apparemment (je peux me tromper) les Mad-X seraient peu puissantes et peu fournies en connecteurs, et avec un prix assez écrasé.

Dans ce cas, bien que ce ne soit qu'une supposition, il faudrait éventuellement tester une autre alimentation :modoreussi:

Bon... avant de tester mes pièces... mon système ne faisait que redémarrer tout le temps...

J'ai donc pris la décision de changer mes pièces.

J'ai donc changer ma carte mère et mon processeur... le voltage de mon processeur est maintenant normal... cependant, j'ai les température qui s'emflamme...

Mon ancien processeur était un AMD Athlon 5500+, j'ai aujourd'hui un AMD Athlon 7500+ et j'ai gardé le même ventilateur.

Est-ce que mon ventilo est un peu faible ?

D'autre part, mon système est toujours instable, est-ce dû au problème de température, ou est-ce bien dû à mon alimentation qui est un peu faible ?

J'avais un Seven 64 bit... et j'aurai dû prendre le 32 bit avec ma config... voilà pourquoi j'avais une instabilité de mon système. Cependant, j'ai quand un même un problème matériel. Comme mon ancien processeur a rendu l'âme (et peut être la CM), j'ai racheter les 2.

Il ne reste plus que l'alimentation qui peut être défectueux... (c'est comme le cerveau, si une structure cérébrale est hyperactif, les autres structures cérébrales qui sont interconnecté seront aussi hyperactif).

L'une de mes résistances ou l'un de mes condensateurs à dû cramer... donc je vais le changer... de même, je vais en profiter pour changer mon radiateur et mon ventilo.

N'empêche qu'il reste un problème... je vais acheter un nouveau boitier d'alim, un ventirad, et de la pate thermique... ensuite je verrai bien si j'ai encore un problème. Si le problème d'instabilité système persiste... ça viendrait de mon DD système, mais le test de diagnostic du constructeur n'a rien trouvé.

Donc je verrai bien la semaine prochaine.

Ce soir, j'espère que le problème sera réglé... avec un nouveau ventilateur et une nouvelle alimentation.

Dans mon précédent poste qui était surtout sur le diagnostic, j'avais tester une autre alimentation. Mon Seven était un peu plus stable... mais j'avais toujours un problème température uniquement.

Actuellement, j'ai toujours un problème de température et de voltage (ce qui a provoqué le crillage de mon cpu et/ou CM). En reconfigurant le voltage de mon nouveau CPU avec le bios de ma nouvelle CM, j'ai toujours le même problème.

Donc, nouvelle alimentation + nouveau ventilateur (avec pate thermique), j'espère résoudre enfin le problème.

Dans le cas où j'ai toujours un problème, il ne reste plus que mes barrettes de RAM et mes DD. Or, les diagnostics ne trouve aucun problème... je verrai bien ce soir.

Je réinstalle Windows XP ce soir (car impossibilité de se connecter à internet en wifi ou en eternet, les drivers ont été installé et on été mise à jour. De plus, mon MAC Book peut se connecter)... ceci est complé avec des problèmes d'installation des mises à jour (avant la perte de la connexion internet).

La restauration système n'a rien résolu... donc réinstallation avec formatage complet... (mais ceci est secondaire, car cette erreur m'est déjà arrivé avec mon HP Pavilion).

Dans le cas, où j'ai toujours mon problème température/voltage avec mon nouveau matériel, je vous donnerai le contenu intégrale de mon BIOS, pour le configurer correctement (et je vous redonnerai l'intégralité de ma configuration).

Alimentation : Advance TX-650 (650W)

Ventirad COOLER MASTER Hyper 101 pour Intel et AMD (direct contact heatpipe - 2 heatpipes)

Ram : 2*2Go

Carte Graphique : MSI Geforce 9500 GT

Alors, avec Everest, tout est normal au niveau température : CM à 47°C; CPU à 49,1°C et les 2 coeurs à 31°C

Les voltages sont normale (CPU à 1,31 V pour un maximum de 1,325 V)
