    Avant, je ne faisais jamais de réclamation, pour n'importe quel produit ou n'importe quelle machine que j'achète. Mais en fait, c'est un droit dont nous, consommateurs, pouvons bénéficier. Il est vrai que certains vendeurs ou marchands n'en ont rien à cirer, mais ce n'est pas le cas de tous. S'ils veulent fidéliser leur clientèle, ils devront toujours faire un petit geste, même si l'achat a été effectué depuis longtemps
