Bonjour à tout le forum, je suis en train d'installer une mise à jour de BitDefender et j'ai systématiquement un message d'erreur :

"Le service "BDFSDRV" (BDFSDRV) n'a pas pu être installé. Vérifiez si vous avez assez d'autorité pour installer les services système"

Je suis sous XP SP2 en administrateur et je ne vois pas ce qui me bloque.

Je vous remercie de me répondre si vous avez un avis sur la question.

    j'ai aps l'impression que tu soit en administrateur total :)

    ou laors un bo virus le fais a ta place lol :)

    Bonjour à tout le forum, le problème a été résolu avec l'aide du sav de BitDefender qui m'a fourni un fichier de déinstallation.
