Pb IPv4 sous serveur FTP FEdora 4

Bonjour

j'ai configuré le protfpd.conf et le /etc/xinetd.d/xproftp pour faire de mon pc un serveur ftp ! mais le problème, quand je le test en telnet localhost 21 j'ai un message d'erreur :

telnet localhost 21

Trying 127.0.0.1...

500 OOPS: could not bind listening IPv4 socket

Connection closed by foreign host.

Pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas ?

ba apparement il n'y a pas grand chose dans /var/log/messages concernant ce problème !

Tu as une erreur : "Address already in use".

Ce qui veut dire que le port 21 de ton serveur est déjà utilisé... Soit ton serveur est déjà lancé soit un autre logiciel est lancé sur ce port ...

Qu'y a-t-il dans le fichier de configuration de Proftpd ?

bon alors apparement le problème viendrai du fait que proftp et vsftpd était tous les deux installé sur mon linux et que cela faisait un conflit !

Après avoir supprimé vsftpd, relancé xinetd et refait un test , je n'ai plus l'erreur IPv4 !
