ATI tool est un bon logiciel avec test d'artefacts

sinon rad linker est directement intégré dans les drivers et permet l'ajustement de la fréquence GPU et ram

    pourquoi tu veux l'o/c je l ai aussi et elle est bien assez puissante comme ca. sinon y a aussi rivatuner
