TWENTIETH CENTURY FOX FILM CORPORATION and its affiliated companies (collectively, "FOX") are the exclusive owners of copyrights in motion pictures, including ALIEN VS. PREDATOR.

It has come to our attention that t-onlinefrance-dialin is the service provider for the IP address listed below, from which unauthorized copying and distribution (downloading, uploading, file serving, file "swapping" or other similar activities) of FOX''S property is taking place. The documentation included at the end of this notice specifies the location of the infringement. We believe that the Internet access of the user engaging in this infringement is provided by t-onlinefrance-dialin or a downstream service provider who purchases this connectivity from t-onlinefrance-dialin.

This unauthorized copying and distribution constitutes copyright infringement under applicable national laws and international treaties. Although various legal and equitable remedies may be available to FOX as a result of such infringement, FOX believes that the entire Internet community benefits when these matters are resolved cooperatively. We urge you to take immediate action to effect removal of the detected infringement listed in the attached report, including:

(1) Notify the account holder of this infringement

(2) Request the account holder remove the infringing material

(3) Disable access to the infringing material

(4) Take appropriate action against the account holder under your Abuse Policy/Terms of Service

de toute maniere c'est la fox et ils ont aucun droit chez nous, donc au pire tu te fera lyncher par le distributeur francais :keskidit:

plus serieusement arretes des DL tu es pris en flag, si tu continus tu te retrouveras avec une jolie amende...

telecharges les vieux trucs sur la mule, au moins la personne t'en voudras :transpi:

Te laisse pas faire, juste pour les faire chier tu changes de FAI, ca leur apprendra a traiter de la sorte un de leur client.

c'est lamentable, qu'ils s'occupent de fournir un bon service et qu'ils la ferment par la suite, ce qu'ils viennent de faire c'est le role de toutes ces compagnies à la con (RIAA, IFPI, et compagnie et non d'un FAI.

a toi de faire la morale a ton FAI :francais:

C'est bien gentil vos conseils mais si dans les conditions générales de vente il est précisé que l'usage de la bande passante ne doit pas être fait contrairement à la loi (ou un truc du style) alors l'utilisateur ne respecte pas son contrat et le FAI peut fermer la ligne quand il le veut. :francais:

Et puis bon quite à être prévenu, autant se faire discret pendant quelques temps, si ce mail est vraiment de la fox (de toute façon ton fai t'as prévenu) continuer de DL c'est tenter le diable quand même....

en somme, ne prenez pas club internet, car c'est pas la premiere lettre que je vois sur le net de leur part alors que chez d'autres fai j'ai jaimais entendu parler de ce genre de lettres

ça ils risquent de le regretter :incline:

Le fait c'est que les FAI c'est comme une entreprise, c'est un metier qui demande tout son temps et sa concentration.

bref cela veut dire qu'une partie de leurs ressources passent dans l'analyse du contenu au lieu de focaliser toutes ses ressources sur l'amélioration de leur service.

je ne donne alors pas chère de leur futur si ils continuent dans cette voix.

D'un autre côté, quand la FOX pointe une mise en demeure de la sorte, le fai a raison de baliser, et il est normal qu'il prévienne l'usager.

Par contre je ne sais pas si la FOX n'envoie ce genre de courrier qu'aux clients Club Internet. ça reste à prouver. rejulio a certainement raison, si Club-Internet a du temps pour se soucier de ces menaces, c'est forcément du temps perdu pour autre chose.

Je ne crois pas qu'ils transmettent immédiatement tout courrier dénonçant un abus de tout type, ça demande un tri afin d’éviter des erreurs ou des abus. Je simplifie au max car j’imagine que la procédure doit être un peu plus longue.

Tout ça crée donc inévitablement une perte de ressources.

Question conne, mais que risque un FAI envers une société comme Fox étant sous un autre territoire ?

Rejulio : il arrive qu'ils envoient des lettres à des personnes qui n'ont rien fait, de nombreuses erreurs ont été dénnoncées déjà.
