démarrage en mode graphique dégradé sous ubuntu 13.04

Bonjour,

Pour résoudre le problème du verrouillage numérique sur ma session ubuntu, j'ai suivi les conseils du forum ci-dessous :

et me retrouve au démarrage avec un message du type démarrage en mode graphique dégradé.

Comment récuperer un démarrage sans ce message (d'autant plus que le mode graphique ne semble pas si dégradé que ça !

Merci des suggestions !

Mais j'espère bien (même si c'est pas indispensable dans la pratique quotidienne). Bon alors pas de bol, je vois pas d'erreur, et à priori, tu utilises le pilote libre Radeon, qui normalement ne pose pas de problème pour Unity.

et /var/log/syslog il dit quoi ? (toujours par la commande cat hein :p)

J'ai trouvé ceci au démarrage une boite de dialogue qui me propose :

  • Review the xserver log file
  • Review the startup errors
  • Edit configuration file

En choisissant la deuxième solution (la n°1 me propose le fichier cité dans ma réponse précédente et la n°3 un écran noir avec un tiret qui ne clignote même pas !)

donc la deuxième solution une image :

or, le fichier est verrouillé !?

comment le supprimer ? et faut il le supprimer ?

Pour le supprimé tu peux faire "Ctrl-Alt-F2" et taper ton id et ton mot de passe. Ensuite tu fais "sudo rm le_nom_du_fichier" et c'est tout. Par contre je ne voit rien sur ta capture c'est tout flou.

On peut avoir le contenu de /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf ? ("gedit /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf")

pour ce qui est sur ma capture, je vais le mettre au propre :

fatal server error:

Server is already active for display 0

if the server is no longer running, remove /temp/.X0.lock

and start again.

c'est donc le fichier .X0.lock que je n'arrive pas à supprimer !

Pas eu le temps de passer entre temps...

Bon, comme j'avais besoin d'une machine qui soit clean "assez rapidement", j'ai procedé comme je le faisait avec windows :D:transpi: ; j'ai réinstallé la 13.04 (l'installation était assez récente, donc peu de perte) !
