Bonjour,

J'ai récemment envoyé un SMS à mes parents. Comme il était long, il a été converti en MMS (je ne l'ai vu de suite). Mais leur mobile ne supporte pas les MMS, rien n'a été délivré.

Seulement depuis, tous les messages (même les SMS) ne leur arrivent plus. On a fait plein de tests, ils ont redémarré le téléphone, mais rien.

Que peut-on faire pour les "réactiver" ?

    Le tél est un Samsung à clapet (je n'ai pas le modèle en tête), opérateur Prixtel.

    Nouveau test ce matin, c'est passé. Désolé pour la gêne occasionnée :)
