Bonjour à tous,

Je viens de créer un réseaux d'entreprise. La société souhaite avoir des contacts en commun. J'ai donc bien réalisé le partage d'un fichier contact. Tout les autres postes outlook peuvent les voirs. Mais le problème que je rencontre est que lorsqu'on je veux envoyé un mail, ou les utilisé lorsque j'effectue du publipostage, je n'y ai pas accès. Pour envoyé un mail je suis obligé de faire un glissé déposé pour prendre le contact partagé.

En ce qui concerne le publipostage, il n'y à rien à faire, impossible d'y avoir accès.

Comment puis-je y accèder?

    Oui l'entreprise utilise exchange, donc j'ai partagé les contact d'un poste via celui-ci
