Donc ma question est : quelle est le composant qui gère tout les programmes que l'on peut voir dans l'onglet processus (disponnible avec Ctrl+Alt+Suppr)

Heuuuu, soit je ne comprends pas la question, soit ce dont tu veux parler c'est en fait, le noyau de Win' (sur lequel viennent se greffer les services).
