Bonjour tout le monde,

je monte régulièrement des ordinateurs. Pour la première fois, j'ai un problème avec le graveur dvd. J'avais commandé un Pioneer DVR-212D pour me rendre compte au moment de la réception des pièces qu'il m'on envoyé un Pioneer DVR-215DBK. Pas plus grave que (je pense).

J'arrive pour booter pour installer Xp avec le Cd qui est bien bootable, ca ne marche pas. Alors je branche un vieux lecteur Cd pour faire l'installation. Une fois tout installé, le Pioneer DVR-215DBK ne reconnait absolument aucun Cd ou Dvd.

Y a t-il quelque chose à faire ? J'ai changé le cable sata. mais rien. Je ne sais plus quoi faire.

    Est-ce mieux de le retourner à Pioneer ou à l'endroit ou j'ai effectué l'achat ?

    j'ai eu le meme probleme avec un pioneer aussi , ( teste sur 2 pc) et finalement j'e suis allez le redonner au marchand ....
