Bonjour

Je compte utiliser internet pour téléphoner avec mes parents

et je comptait leur acheter une WebCam

mais je me demandais, comme il n'ont qu'un forfait de 512Kbps et de 128 kbps en upload

Si l'emission de leur image serait assez fluide pour que je puisse avoir quelque chose d'explotable de l'autre coté

en 640x480 ?

en 320x240 ?

    320x240 ca fait pas gros, j'espere que ca sera au moins à 15 images/s
