Bonjour je viens d'acheter un nouveau pc mais le problème est que je ne peux pas installer internet dessus car j'ai perdu le cd d'installation ! Je suis chez cegetel , j'ai un modem usb auriez vous une solution ? merci

    bonsoir,

    je vois 2 solutions à ton souci :

    1) tu retournes au magasin où tu as acheté ton modem cegetel et tu leur demandes s'ils n'ont pas un autre CD d'installation

    2) tu demandes à ton entourage si quelqu'un est chez cegetel pour avoir les drivers qui te manquent

    remarque : internet ne s'installe, en fait, ce sont les drivers installés sur le modem puis le modem lui meme qui établit une connexion vers internet
