Bonjour.

J'ai pris la main à distance sur un PC, le mien et le distant sont en Windows XP Sp2 Familial.

Oui mais ca c'est l'assistance a distance, pas le bureau a distance...Donc quelqu'un doit etre sur le poste desirant etre pris en main....

pour moi les deux premieres étapes fonctionnent

Si aucun moyen ne fonctionne (vnc ou autre...), ton soucis provient certainement d'un probleme de routage...

ce qui est bizarre c'est que ma box n'est pas configurée en routeur
