Salu a tous j'ai un petit problème!!!

Je grave tout mes cd avec le logiciel windows media player ce n'est peut etre pas le meilleur mais il me suffit mais depuis peu,alors que je n'ai rien changer, il me marque :"Le service ne peut pas être démarré parce qu'il est désactivé ou qu'aucun périphérique activé ne lui est associé".

J'ai éssayé de graver avec NARO mais le cd ressort non gravé!!!
