Creation dun reseau local a 2 pc

bonjour a tous

je souhaite realiser un reseau local entre 2 pcs, un avec Win XP et l'autre avec Win ME

Le pc avec XP est un P4 2GHz, 512Moe Ram et Geforce2MX et celui avec ME est un P3 800Mhz avec 320Mo de Ram et une GoForceMx (je sais pas si a sera telement utile ais bon ^^)

Les 2 pcs sont équipés d'une carte reseauRealTek PCI RTL8029(AS) et sont reliés par un cable croisé.

Quelqu'un pourrait-t-il m'aider a configurer les 2pcs/reseau ?
