si tu parle du "truc" dans ton panneau de contrôle ça a ete desactivé, dans les liens importants de cette section (voir epinglé) tu trouvera un topic "tronches de cakes"

les admins ont jugés qu'il rendait la fonction "photo perso" inutile

je parle de la photo sur la gauche de ce message

Les avatars uploadés depuis votre ordinateur ne doivent pas dépasser 15 Ko.

Les types de fichiers suivants sont autorisés : gif .jpeg .jpg .swf .png

voilà donc tu prend une image qui doit faire moins de 15ko et être en gif, jpeg, swf ou png

edit = pour les avatar bah tu trouve les images qui te plaisent tout seul sur le net et si elles sont trop grosses tu les reduit
