slt à tous

voila j'ai un assez gros probleme, quaziment a chaque foi que je demare word il plante je ne sais donc rien faire

j'ai deja essayer de le reinstaller mais j'ai toujours le meme probleme

j'ai office xp pro et windows xp home

merci de m'aider
