Bonsoir à tous,

je possède Xindows XP (home) et après avoir été infecté par un trojan, il m'est impossible d'éteindre ou de redémarrer ma machine.

(sauf si je change de session)

De plus, quand j'ouvre un document Word ou Excel, il faut +/- 5 secondes avant d'avoir l'affichage du document...

Qu'est-il possible de faire ?

PS : Le trojan est en quarantaine.

    Désactive la restauration system , installe Kaspersky 5 ( cf.ma signature , désactive ton antivirus actuel , redémarre en mode sans échec et scan avec Kaspersky.

    J'ai finalement formaté mon disque dur hier soir et j'ai installé l'anti-virus KASPERSKY 5.0.

    J'espère être tranquille maintenant...
