Sous windows xp quand par exemple je passe de langue US a langue FR le parametre n est pas conservé

meme chose si je désactive la barre anti pop up , elle revient toujours...

qui peut m aider?

    j ai trouvé d ou venai le probleme, je n avais pas précisé l utilisateur local sur le pc et j utilisai un profil errant
