lorsque que je me connecte a certains site une fenetre s affiche me disant

"delais de connexions depasser " ,je comprend pas trop pourquoi car sa s affiche tous de suite. avez vous une explications

    Parceque de temps en temps j'ai exactement le meme probleme j'appuis sur f5 pour rafraichir la page et ca marche.
