    deja passe à la derniere version de winrar (3.30) en esperant bien sur que c'est bien winrar que tu utilise pour ouvrir ton fichier RAR ???

    si ce RAR tu l'as telechargé avec un utilitaire comme flashget ou autre, essaye de le retelecharger classiquement: "enregister sous".

    bien souvent, c'est meme precisé quelque fois sur les sites où tu telecharge, ces logiciel de telechargement peuvent corrompre un fichier
