Je viens de faire une grosse commande sur LDLC (+de 700 euros)

Je monte mon PC aujourd'hui et 1 compsant ne marche pas, soit le processeur, soit la carte mère...

Si je dois renvoyé le produit défecteux chez ldlc et que je ne sait pas lequelle, comment faire je suis perdu
