J'ai un problème depuis que j'ai installé windows 10 sur mon PC portable, quelques fois au démarrage (ou après quelques minutes d'utilisation) du PC j'ai ce message : 

 

 

D'ailleur la coupure est nette, 60 secondes après le message l'ordi s'éteint direct windows ne me met même pas arret en cours il redemarre direct j'ai un écran noir puis le le logo du bios

Quand j'ai installer W10 j'ai fais une install propre formatage de la partition système 

Je viens de test un reset usine du bios pour voir si ça change quelque chose, mais bon pour l'instant je ne peux pas vérifier vu que le bug est aléatoire 

 

Savez vous d'ou vient le problème ?

on dirait que des service assez important de windows ont planter sans raison apparente

 

pas overclocking cpu ram ? pour etre sur que ce soit pas une instabilité qui vienne de la

non je n'ai pas overclock, ni le cpu ni la ram

Un problème aléatoire comme ça, pour moi ça provient souvent de la RAM.

As-tu fait un memtest pour valider que tout est OK du côté de tes barrettes ?

Je viens de faire un memtest et après 30 minutes de test je n'ai aucune erreur, je le laisse tourner pour qu'il fasse un test approfondit mais apparemment ça ne vient pas de la. 

Ce matin a 11h15 j'ai encore eu le meme bug, mon pc s'est éteint

J'ai exactement le même problème. 

Une solution s'il vous plait ? 

J'attends un peu mais si vraiment je ne trouve pas de solution je réinstallerai windows

Bon je viens de réinstaller un windows tout propre, je vais voir ce que ca donne 

Je vous dit si le bug revient

 

Edit (24 octobre) : 3 semaines depuis la réinstallation 

Le PC n'a plus eu ce problème depuis, j'ai l'impression que c'est réglé.
