Exodus Posté(e) le 7 juillet 2014 Partager Posté(e) le 7 juillet 2014 Bonjour, Ce week-end j'ai décidé de sauté le pas et de passer ma machine principal sous Linux avec le dernier Ubuntu. Pour infos, j'ai un niveau plutôt débutant / intermédiaire sous Linux, j'utilise RedHat, CentOs et Ubuntu pour de l’administration courante dans le cadre de mon travail et je n’ai jamais eu de soucis avec mon Windows 7 sur mon pc. Donc j'ai effectué l'installation depuis une clef USB vers un disque neuf avec la 14.04 64bits, pendant l'installation ça m’a dit que je n’avais pas de réseau, déjà là j’aurais dû me poser des questions. Une fois l’installation terminé et le redémarrage effectué : plus de souris et de clavier USB, et pas de réseau. Je redémarre et je remarque qu’au démarrage mes périphériques sont OK, je vais donc dans le bios, j’enlève l’USB3 et je redémarre : le clavier et la souris reviennent. Je décide donc de m’atteler au réseau, en dhcp, rien ; en manuel, je ne ping même pas ma passerelle. J’ai vérifié qu’eth0 était bien mon chip réseau : la mac est la bonne. J’ai essayé plusieurs câbles, j’ai aussi rentré la configuration en dur dans /etc/network/interfaces mais même combat : j’arrive à pinguer 127.0.0.1 et mon ip (192.168….) mais même pas ma passerelle. Je fini par redémarrer le pc, et là, le clavier et la souris sont à nouveau HS. J’ai enfin refait une installe, même combat ! Donc j’en viens à me demander si ce n’est pas un problème de compatibilité avec mon hardware : Carte mère Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 Processeur AMD Phenom II X4 à 3.2Ghz Ram Kingston HyperX 8Go DDR3 1600Mhz Carte graphique Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1Go Disque Dur Western Blue 500Go Donc si quelqu’un à rencontrer les mêmes problèmes et a réussi à résoudre, ou si vous avez des conseils, je suis preneur ! seboss666 Posté(e) le 7 juillet 2014 Partager Posté(e) le 7 juillet 2014 Alors, en cherchant les specs de la carte mère, j'ai découvert qu'elle utilisait un Realtek 8111E en réseau, et il semble que ça ne soit pas le grand amour, aussi bien avec le pilote du noyal que le pilote fourni par Realtek sur leur site web. Certains ont du succès avec le pilote de Realtek, mais ça a l'air de dépendre grandement de la version du noyau utilisé semble-t-il (voir ce sujet pour une OpenSUSE). Pour l'USB3, je vois que Gygabyte passe par une puce Etron EJ168 qui elle aussi n'a pas l'air de se marier très bien avec les manchots (t'as décidément pas de bol). Pour en savoir un peu plus, ils faudrait que tu nous copient un dmesg quand tu branche le clavier/souris dessus (ça permettrait aussi de voir ce qui se passe avec le realtek). Merci pour ta réponse, comme tu dis j'ai pas de bol. je vais faire ça ce soir. Pour l'instant je suis au comble de la frustration, j'avais deja la 14.04 sur une eeebox qui sert pour les films et franchement après avoir essayé 15000 trucs pour machine modeste c'est finalement une bien classique qui donne les meilleurs résultats. En ce qui concerne l'USB3 je m'en cogne un peu, le probleme c'est que même désactivé les périphériques font le yoyo; pour le réseau c'est juste le ponpon, c'est la première fois que j'ai un truc tordu comme ça (reconnu mais non fonctionnel). seboss666 Posté(e) le 7 juillet 2014 Partager Posté(e) le 7 juillet 2014 Attend, déjà t'as pas le noyau à recompiler complet pour une carte non supportée (j'ai eu le tour y'a 10 ans, j'avais fini par laisser tomber) Pour l'USB3 sinon, j'ai cru lire dans la description de la carte une histoire de "USB Power" ou une bêtise dans le genre. A voir si en modifiant quelques paramètres dans le BIOS (voire en testant d'autres ports, l'USB3 pour clavier/souris ça sert à rien), ça pourrait être plus stable. dudul88 Posté(e) le 8 juillet 2014 Partager Posté(e) le 8 juillet 2014 Pour le problème clavier/souris : s'assurer qu'ils soient bien branchés à l'arrière, sur des ports USB 2. Il faut peut-être activer une option usb legacy ou un truc du genre dans le bios aussi. En principe l'USB Power n'a rien à voir, c'est juste un ampérage plus important sur les ports USB, et je ne pense pas que ça puisse interférer. Pour le problème réseau, ça sent le firmware manquant, ou une connerie du genre. Enfin dans tous les cas pour t'aider il nous faut au moins : Un dmesg - le plus important Un lspci -nn - ça c'est pour facilité la recherche, parce que se baser sur le bouquin de la carte mère, c'est un peu chiant Un lsusb - juste pour voir, ça peut pas faire de mal Voilà ! seboss666 Posté(e) le 8 juillet 2014 Partager Posté(e) le 8 juillet 2014 Je connaissais pas l'option -nn pour lspci, et en regardant les switches, y'a aussi l'option -k pour voir les modules attachés au matos, ça pourrait pas aider aussi ? Sinon, serait-il possible d'essayer aussi une autre distribution ? des fois que certains réglages du noyal par défaut soient plus efficaces (mine de rien, question pilotes, Ubuntu fait pas mal de bricolage, ce qui passe bien la plupart du temps, mais sait-on jamais...) Un fonctionnalité qui détecte le câble et qui désactive la carte s'il n'y a pas de connexion. Le plus simple serait de la désactiver dans le bios si c'est possible, sinon et bien c'est un peu le bordel. Une solution a été trouvée ici, mais ça ressemble plus à un coup de chance qu'à autre chose. Tu peux essayer le module r8168 à la place, il semblerait que c'est parfois une erreur de module aussi (si c'est ça il faudra blacklisté le r8169) Pour l'USB, rajouter "iommu=soft" en paramètre kernel devrait régler le problème. Exodus Posté(e) le 2 juin 2015 Auteur Partager Posté(e) le 2 juin 2015 Bonjour, Je me permets un up du sujet car toujours ces problèmes... entre temps j'ai essayé les conseils de dudul88, plusieurs version d'Ubuntu bien sur et même Mint, une autre carte réseau avec un chipset complétement différent, j'ai flashé le bios, essayé tout en tas de réglages... la franchement je désespère. J'ai pensé que peut-être le problème venait de clavier / souris, donc j'ai changé aussi, j'ai aussi essayé plusieurs sources différentes pour l'installation (clefs usb, dvd, dvd rw) mais tout pareil! Pour rappel il s'agit de mon dernier pc sous Windows, j'en viens à me demander si ma cm n'est pas défectueuse ou s'il ne faut pas que je change cm/proc pour passer chez Intel. Je pensais attendre la prochaine version de SteamOS, je me dis qu'il y aura peut-être une bonne prise en charge de mon matériel. Je suis ouvert à tout conseils. Si Gigabyte n'a pas fait l'effort de faire ça, je pense que c'est cuit. Il faudrait essayer avec un des derniers kernels pour voir :/ Edit : D'après ça, il faut vérifier que l'option IOMMU Controller soit bien activée dans le BIOS. Je refais un test ce WE et te tiens au courant. C'est celui juste après le 3.19 de la ubuntu, donc rien d'exceptionnel vu qu'elle est sortie après.
