Je m'interroge sur les possibilités de la nouvelle puce/connectique d'intel :

Mon vieux fantasme de carte graphique externe puissante en plug&play serait-il enfin à portée de main grâce à TB ou pas? :keskidit:

(entre autres, je m'interroge sur la possibilité pour le TB de tenir le débit nécessaire à une CG actuelle ou pas)

    10Gb/s, avec l'encodage 8B10B, ça fait 8Gb/s utiles.

    Une ligne PCI Express 2.0, c'est 500Mo/s utiles et donc 4Gb/s.

    Qui va faire des cartes graphiques externes puissantes sur un bus équivalent à du PCI-E 2.0 x2 ou encore à du PCI-E 1.0 x4 ?
