Bonjour j'ai trouvé cette solution à mon problème:

Cependant quand je suis dans "panneau de configuration" je n'ai pas l'option "outil d'administration". Du coup je ne peux pas faire la suite.

Je peux bien aller dans "Centre de sécurité" par un autre chemin mais ensuite je n'ai pas l'option "propriété" en cliquant droit.

Comment aller dans les propriétés de Centre de Sécurité ?

    Un clic-droit sur le poste de travail (ordinateur) >> Gérer >> aller dans "Services et applications", puis "Services"
