impossible de trouver "compizconfig-settings-manager"

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

bash: ccsm : commande introuvable

ou:

E: Impossible de verrouiller /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Ressource temporairement non disponible)

donc je n'arrive pas à installer compiz fusion, je ne comprends pas pourquoi, si vous avez une idée
