Tu peux toujours essayer, mais ce serait étonnant... le problème a l'air d'être que la version sur ta Debian subit une régression... m'est fort avis que ça doit plus venir des binaires de tes drivers que de la configuration...

... sinon, tu peux aller jeter un coup d'oeil sur le bugzila de dri chez freedesktop... et si le bug n'existe pas, le signaler... mais vu qu'il y a déjà un message dans les logs disant que le driver est broken, à mon avis, les devs sont au courant...

Il y a quand même une grosse différence: dans ce xorg.conf, c'est fglrx (le driver proprio) qui est utilisé, pas le driver libre (bon, après, c'est un choix... ou pas...)...
