bonjour a tous

voila j'ai un vieil ordi hp avec xp que je voudrai reformater mais je n'y arrive pas, je n'ai pas de cd le programme pour reformater est dans la partition e du disque dur: hp recovery et quand j'appuis sur f10 au démarrage pour reformater il y a écrit the registry cannot load the hive : system root\ system 32\ config \ security

je comprend pas pourquoi il met sa et comment je dois faire pour reformater je pense que c'est mon antivirus qui a du le supprimer parce que je n'ai jamais touché à cette partition et j'aimerai savoir comment faire pour avoir ce fichier manquant
