J'ai un léger problème avec mon Dragon Naturally Speaking 8 Prefered.

Si vous pouviez m'aidez, je vous en remercierais !

Voila :

Pendant l'installation ( vers la fin ) , ce message s'affiche :

Introuvable : "untraceable E:\programfiles\ScanSoft\NaturallySpeaking8\Program\lhsp\rsstdv2\rsstdv2.dll. Vérifiez que ce fichier existe et que vous êtes autorisé à le lire.

Que faire

    Bonjour

    en premier lieu

    affichez les fichiers système et fichiers cachés et allez vérifier la présence de la dll ou non, en suivant bien le chemin indiqué.

    Tenez au courant.

    Salut,

    renseigne nous tout d'abord quel Système d'exploitation utilise tu ?

    est-ce une version original ?

    est-ce que tes CDs sont en bon état (rayures ?) ?

    etc.
