bonsoir, jai mon site avec 3 frame de ce genre la :

et en fait je voudrait raffraichir la frame 2(pub :zarb: )

donc je cherche un petit script ou quelquechose pour forcer nimporte quel navigateur a la rafraichir

EDIT: aussi, j'ai des liens vers des sites, comment faire pour pas qu'ils souvrent dans la frame mais une nouvelle page web ?!
