Heuuuu un rodage ? Avant d'OC ?

Ca se fait par etape et au cours d'un OC le rodage...

Par ex: Rodage en full a 230*11 Puis tu passe a un rodage en 240*9 et tu monte a 240*10. Tu rode a 240*10 puis tu passe a 250*9 etc...

Enfin perso sur mon proco...
