J'utilise Adobe Acrobat Pro pour créer des pdf. Depuis quelques temps, je ne peut plus convertir de doc word en pdf. Acrobat me l'erreur suivante :

"Fichiers PDFMaker manquant"

Les réparations et les réinstallation d'acrobat ne résolve pas le problème.

Dans Application Data/Microsoft/Modèles, avez-vous un fichier PDFMaker.dot ?

Si oui, quelqu'un pourrais me l'envoyer. Je recherche une solution à ce problème, merci pour votre aide.

Solution 8: Use Detect and Repair to remove and reinstall PDFMaker.

The Detect and Repair feature automatically identifies and reinstalls the Acrobat PDFMaker files.

To reinstall Acrobat PDFMaker by using the Detect and Repair feature:

1. Close all applications, including those that run in the background.

2. Start Acrobat.

3. Choose Help > Detect and Repair, and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. After the installation is complete, restart your computer.

Dans Application Data/Microsoft/Modèles, avez-vous un fichier PDFMaker.dot ?

Si oui, quelqu'un pourrais me l'envoyer.

Moi c'est ca que je ne comprends pas.

J'ai la version 6 d'Acrobat Pro au boulot, je viens encore de faire un pdf il y a quelques minutes, j'ai regardé dans Application Data de tous les utilisateurs en affichant les fichiers et dossiers cachés et système mais pas de trace de PDFMaker.dot !! Et pourtant tout fonctionne très bien !
