Bonjour,

voila j'ai un probléme lors de l'instalation de BDF pro v9 :

pendant la progression a un moment donné il me marque comme quoi il y a un probléme avec le fichier qui ce trouve dans

C:\WINDOWS\Bitdefender Communicator.dmp ( a file containig error onformation has been created at ...)

    donc j'ai essayer, mais arrivé a l'étape "démare le service" il me remmet l'erreur et remet bitdefender comunicator.dmp dans windows .... :eeek2: donc la je sais pas trop quoi faire ...

    Désinstalle , puis passe Regseeker ( Nettoyer le registre ) et Ccleaner ... suppirme tout ce qu'ils trouvent.
