Pour créer ces images, il existe des programmes spéciaux pour faire des images pour les pages web (Xara Webstyle,etc....).

Mais c'est parfois insuffisant, alors tu couples se programme à un autre programme de retouche de photo (t'a bien ça quelque par (Gimp, Adobe PhotodeLuxe,etc....)), souvent livré avec les scanners.

Mais surtout, il faut avoir beaucoup d'imagination et un vrai talent pour l'infographie
