Disque dur : 8 ou 16 de mémoire ?

Salut,

Je m'apprête à changer de disque dur. Comme ma carte mère (Asus K8N, puce 754) est compatible avec le SATA I, j'avais repéré les 3 produits suivants :

1) Maxtor DiamondMax 10 250 Go - 7200 trs/min - Mémoire 16 Mo

2) Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 - 250 Go - 250 Go - 7200 RPM - Mémoire 8 Mo

3) Ou la dernière mouture du même constructeur : le Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 SATA II (compatible SATA I) - 250 Go - 7200 trs/min - Mémoire 8 Mo

Voilà, j'aurai aimé savoir si une mémoire de 16 Mo apportait vraiment un plus en termes de perfs (mon utilisation : bureautique lourde et MAO)?
