I instal windows XP pro recently, i never add the problem before. num lock need to be repress every time i start my pc. why, and how to fix this. thx for your help

J'ai demander a mon technitien d'ordi et il ma donner la meme reponce, maleureusement ca ne marche pas. Aussi tot que je redemarre l'ordi le num lock ne s'allume pas et la valeur du registre revien a 0. Je répette, c'est les meme piece qu'avan et le meme windows a par le disque dur et la carte vidéo.

I ask my PC tech and he give me the same answer, but it does'nt work. when i restart my PC, the num lock is still off and the registe value return to 0. All the pieces in my PC are the same exept for the hard drive and the video card.
