Bonjour, je viens d'aquerir une clé usb biometrique lexar référence: jumpdrive touchguard.Le programme de reconnaissance des empreintes digitales a eu un probleme et j'ai du formater la clé usb.

Malheureusement j'ai cru que le software etait intégré a la clé mais en fait ce n'etait pas le cas. Du coup, le softwaren'est plus la et les fonctionnalité de celui-ci sont innaccessibles.

Quelqu'un peut t'il m'aider ou m'envoyer le software du jumpdrive touchguard?

    bien sur que c'est legal! seulement le software que j'ai reussi a trouver ne veut pas s'ouvrir.Comment faire?
