Problème connection sur Guild wars

Bonjours a toutes et à tous.

Voila j' ai un soucis, je n arrive plus à me connecter sur Guild wars.

J' ai une erreur de type errnet58, qui apres un recus du site technique de gw, se trouve etre un problème via les ports 6112 et 80 qui ne sont pas ouverts.

Mon F.A.I est NOOS 4mega, j' utilise un modem Motorola surfboard SB4100

J' ai windows xp pro service pack2, Norton anti-virus.Je n'ai ni installer ou desinstaller de logiciels recemment.

Norton est bien configuré, même l' ayant supprimé, le problème persiste.Je n' utilise pas de par-feu.

Voila je voudrais savoir si l' on peut regler se problème, savoir si je peux manuellement ouvrir les ports 6112 et 80.

A noter que Steam, Emule et autres application fonctionnent parfaitement.
