salut

on m'a refilé un compaq presario équipé d'une imprimante multifonction de marque brother

le problème : le scanner n'est pas reconnu

j'ai installé l'imprimante sur 2 autres ordis, elle fonctionne parfaitement bien.

lorsque je lance le programme d'installation il s'arrête à 66%

j'ai téléchargé le programme sur le site du constructeur , sans succès

où est l'erreur??!!

si quelqu'un pouvait m'apporter son aide avant que mes neurones ne soient tous essouflés ce serait sympa
