Je recherche un logiciel permettant de partager une connexion internet sur le réseau, et qui permet également de fixer des débits pour les 2 ordinateurs du reseau.

Connaissez vous un logiciel qui peut faire ceci ?

    Je recherche un logiciel qui me permettrait de dire par exemple :

    - Le PC n°1 a un débit en réception de * ko/s au maximum et un débit de * ko/s en envoi au maximum

    - Le PC n°2 a un débit en réception de * ko/s au maximum et un débit de * ko/s en envoi au maximum
