Ipod impossible a mount

Voila je vous explique j' n'arrive pas a monter mon Ipod tout frais tou beau tout neuf je l'ai formatter en Fat32 sous un pc windows avec le logiciel adéquat j'ai suivie la méthode expliquer ici http://lea-linux.org/hardware/hard_autres/ipod.html

mais au moment de mounter mon disk mon terminal ma répond ceci

mount: périphérique spécial /dev/sda2 n'existe pas

En effet quand je consulte le gestionnaire de partion intérgrer a mandrake il ne me montre pas mon disque SDA mais ce que je ne comprends pas c'est que dans la procédure d'intalation il est indiqué et la partition SDA2 éxiste bien et c'est bien une partition FAT32 donc je ne sais plus quoi faire

J'espère résoudre mon problème grace a votre aide parce un ipod c'est bien mais quand sa marche c'est mieux je pense

ps: j'ai une mandrake 10.1 et je sais de plus que mon ipod est détecter

T'est sûr que l'ipod utilise le driver "mass storage" usb standard (il me semblait justement que non...)

En effet le fait d'utiliser Ohci change bien des choses car maintenant SDA2 existe :) cepandant j'ai encore un nouveau message d'erreur :

Ce que je trouve étrange c'est qu'il marche immédiatement sous knoopix (Kaella)

J'ai eu le meme problème que toi mais après pour des raisons personnelles j'a du formater en HFS+ (mac) et ca marchait (mount -t hfsplus /dev/sda2 /mnt/ipod/)
