:zarbj'ai une live box,sagem et une connexion qui rame , je voudrai faire un test

mais quand je clic sur l' icone live box ,j'ai pour réponse, vérifier vos raccord?

elle est raccordé sur le port ethernet. merci pour l'aide

    Bonjour,

    j'ai aussi une livebox avec Ethernet,cela m'est arrivé.

    Pour resoudre le probléme,débranche le cordon rj45 de ton ordinateur,puis rebranche le aussitôt,tu devrais retrouver ta connexion reseau.

    Tu vas contrôler dans Paramétres,puis connexion reseau ensuite sélectionne "connexion au réseau local" clic 2 fois dessus ,tu verras si tu as bien la connection du reseau
