J'ai une connaissance lorsqu'elle fait Démarrer->Arrêter, elle ne peut plus arrêter son ordi car le choix n'y est plus présent.

Elle a Windows XP.

Savez vous comment résoudre ce problème ?

    Clic droit , puis " Enregistrer sous ..." ton bureau sur ce fichier : BDRRepair.vbs. Puis double clique sur le fichier ainsi téléchargé.

    Reboot.

    Passe un antivirus en ligne avec la restauration system désactivée.

    Post un rapport Hijackthis ( cf. ma signature )
