Au secours!! g besoin d'aide!!!

J'ai acheté il y'a un mois, un nouvel ordi (hp pavillon, pentium 4, systeme windows xp) et il y'a une dizaine de jour un lecteur mp3 creative muvo v200.

je branche le lecteur sur un des ports usb, mon ordi le reconnait comme un nouveau périphérique mais me reclame un pilote,

j'ai bo cherché partout sur le net, je sui perdu, :francais: dégouté, :D et vénère... ;)

quelqu'un aurait il une solution???????? merci de m'aider! je suis desespérée!
