J'ai recupéré un vieux pc portable mais tout est en gand et l'image est de mauvaise qualité donc je pense que le pilote de la carte graphique n'est pas installé? Comment faire?

voilà quelques info (je n'y comprend rien) :

Chip Name : Savage/MX w/ MV (290)

Supported : AGP v1.0, 1X/2X speeds, 66 MHz PCI
