partage fichiers: "program file"s accès refusé

Bonjour, j'ais configuré une réseaux wifi entre un desktop et un portable; j'ais effectué le partage de fichiers et de connexion internet et tout fonctionne. Le hic est que lorsque je souhaites entrer dans le dossier program files de l'autre ordi, j'ais un "accès refusé".

Je comprends qu'il s'agisse d'un dossier géré exclusivement par le système d'exploitation, mais serait-il possible d'y avoir accès?

Peut-être faut-il décocher l'option de dossier "lecture seule"?
