Je me demande si il faut que mon écran LCD est un Tuner TV pour que je puisse regarder la télé dessus

Si ce n'est pas le cas, j'hésite entre le 17'' & le 19" de la série P5ES de Philips

S'il en faut un, conseillez moi dans le choix pour un écran LCD avec tuner TV
