salut,

avant de réinstaller xp,as tu essayé de "reparer" xp avec le cd tous simplement?

sinon,as tu essayé de réinstaller seulement le fichier windows(en tapant sfc/scannow dans executer,c long et il faut le cd xp)cela peut corriger le problème

pour reparer,tu ne perd aucune donnée,et pour la commande,tu peux toujours sauvegarder ton fichier windows actuel sur dvd/r,et tenter la reinstall
